Dear Candidate,
1.You are provisionally permitted to appear for the above Written Test as per the date, time and test centre address mentioned above.
2.Please affix on this Admit Card two copies of the same photograph submitted by you with the Application Form in the space provided for the purpose.
3.Get the photographs attested with seal by a Gazetted Officer.
4.Admit Card must be produced at the test centre for appearing in the test.
5.Bring any Valid Identity Proof like (i) Election ID Card, (ii) PAN Card, (iii) Driving License, (iv) Photo ID issued by any organization or educational institution, (v) Passport (vi) Any other suitable Photo ID proof carrying photograph at the test centre.
6.Admit Card will be verified and signed by the Invigilator during the test.
7.The Invigilator will collect the upper part of the Admit Card and the lower part will be handed over to you.

RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS :
Dear Candidate,
** We thank you for responding to the recruitment advertisement published by us in the Employment News / Rozgar Samachar dated 16-22 April 2011 on behalf of NAVODAYA VIDYALAYA SAMITI.
** You must bring this Admit Card along with Blue/Black Ball Point Pen, at least 2-3 HB Pencils, Eraser and Sharpener to the test centre.
** You must reach the test centre/venue at the Reporting Time mentioned above. Latecomers will not be permitted to appear in the test.
** Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes, books, calculator or mobile phones etc. in the Test Centre campus. Any candidate found using or in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means is liable to be summarily disqualified.
** After the test is over, hand over both, the question booklet and the OMR answer sheet to the room invigilator. DO NOT carry the question booklet or any part thereof outside the test room/ hall. Doing so is a punishable offence.
** The duration of the test is 90 Minutes. Question Paper is Objective (MCQ) type. There are 100 objective type questions. There is 25% negative marking for each incorrectly attempted question.
** The candidate applying for the test should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility conditions for admission to the test. The admission at all stages of the test for which he/she is admitted viz. Written Test / Interview will be purely provisional, subject to his/her satisfying the eligibility conditions. If on verification at any time before or after the written test / Interview, it is found that the candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions, his/her candidature shall stand cancelled without any notice or further reference.
** Request for change of test centre/venue will not be entertained.
** In the event of your being short listed on the basis of marks secured in the written test, you will have to appear for the Personal Interview (PI) for which separate communication will be sent to you in due course.
Traveling and other expenses will be borne by the candidate himself/herself.
** Any attempt to influence will lead to disqualification of candidature.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE OMR ANSWER SHEET :
OMR Answer sheets are scanned by machine to compute the scores. Accuracy in scoring is dependent on the examinees marking their answer sheets properly. Therefore, accurate scoring is dependent on your strict adherence to the following instructions:-
** Every question has four answer options. Mark the answer option number you choose by darkening the corresponding oval/circle on the Answer Sheet using only HB pencil.
** Shade only ONE oval/circle, because in case you shade more than one oval/circle, the answer will be treated as wrong.
** The method of shading the ovals/circles has been explained under "Important Instructions" of the Answer Sheet, and this must be strictly followed.
** In case you want to change any answer, erase completely the one already marked and darken the fresh oval/circle.
** Do not tear, bend or mutilate the Answer Sheet.

Dear Sir,
When will be announcement of result computer operator and please confirm me that my name Dharmendra Kumar (SC) Date of Birth 08.05.1985 from 82/122 Laxmi purwa Kanpur pin code 208003 is in admit card list or not because in admit card list of computer opreator with my same name is displayed but address is differ. So Please remove my confusion.
