Employment Notice No.02/2010 (Group – D recruitment) Vacancies: 3007 – Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

As a result of Written Examinations held on 6th, 13th & 27th May – 2012 and 3rd, 10th & 24thJune – 2012, a Provisional List of candidates qualified to appear in Physical Efficiency Test (PET) has been uploaded in South Western Railway website: on 15.08.2012

PET is scheduled to be held from 08.10.2012 to 19.10.2012 at Railway Sports Ground, Club Road, Keshwapur, Hubli – 580020. The PET will be a qualifying test in which male candidates have to run 1500 meters in 6 minutes and female candidates have to run 400 meters in 3 minutes. Individual call letters to the candidates are being despatched. Candidates also can checkup their date of PET from SWR website.

Enquires from candidates regarding non-receipt of call letters, any discrepancies on call letters etc., will be entertained at Railway Recruitment Cell/Hubli from 04.10.2012 to 06.10.2012from 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM.Candidates have to attend PET in their nominated dates.No request for change of date or another chance to appear in the PET will be entertained.

The complete PET of each candidate will be video graphed and monitored by observers and committee of officers on the field.There is no scope for any help in PET.Candidates may beware of persons promising success in PET by any other means.
