All India Post Graduate Dental Entrance Test 2013 ( AIPGDET 2013 ) will be conducted for admission to various Post Graduate Courses conducted at Dr. D.Y. Patil Dental College and Hospital , Nerul Navi Mumbai 400706, a constituent college of Padmashree Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth on Thursday,31st January, 2013 from 12.00 Noon to 2.00 PM.

ELIGIBILITY :
1. The candidate must be an Indian National. Nationality Certificate issued by District Magistrate or Additional District Magistrate or Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Valid Passport shall constitute proof of nationality.

2. The candidate must have passed B.D.S Examinations from recognized Dental College and should have obtained final registration either from the Dental Council of India, New Delhi or Maharsht ra state Dental Council after completion of one year rotating internship training.

3. The candidate undergoing one year rotating internship training and likely to obtain final registration certificate from Dental Council of India, New Delhi or Maharshtra on or before 15th April 2013 can also appear for the en trance test. Such candidates will be required to submit a certificate from the Principal / Dean of the college regarding the likely date of completion of their rotating internship training failing which their application will be treated as incomplete and shall be rejected.

APPLICATION FORM :
** On Line Application Form from website The candidates desirous of appearing for All India Post Graduate Dental Entrance Test 2013 of this Vidyapeeth will be requiring to fill up the application form on line. The form is available on the Vidyapeeth website www.dypatil.ac.in under All India Entrance Test 2013 section The candidate must read the instructions for filling up the on line application form. These instructions are available on the web site. Transaction ID is number allotted to applicant by the On Line Application registration system after submission of the On line application successfully. The system also automatically emails the candidate the transaction id allotted.

** Entrance Test Fees
The entrance Test fees is Rs.2000/-. The fees is payable by Cash/ Demand Draft drawn in favour of Padmashree Dr. D.Y. Patil University drawn on a nationalized or scheduled bank, payable at Navi Mumbai / Mumbai.

The candidate should write HIS/HER name and address and Transaction ID number on the reverse side of the demand draft. Candidate can pay the entrance test fees via Credit Card , Debit Card , Internet Payment , cash card or Mobile payment options.

** The Last Date of registration of applications forms is 24th January 2013 up to 5.00 PM IST. The forms will be available online and accepted up to 28th January 2013 along with Late Fees of Rs.500/- The candidates submitting applications after 24th January need to pay registration charges of Rs.2500/- by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Padmashree Dr. D.Y. Patil University drawn on a nationalized or scheduled bank, payable at Navi Mumbai / Mumbai.

** Your demand draft MUST be accompanied by necessary attested copies of documents ( Refer Section No 13 ) and it should be addressed
