Applications are invited for a position of Junior Research Fellow - ICMR sponsored M ajor Research Project entitled “Development of New Plant based insecticide for larval and adult mosquito control”

Name of the post : Junior Research Fellow
Duration: 2 years
Number of Position: 01 (One)
Fellowship: Rs 16,000/p.m for 2 years.

Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Zoology, Entomology or any other branch of Life Science (with first class). Preference will be given to CSIR/UGCNET/ ICMR-NET qualified candidates.

Desirable Qualifications: Experience in analytical techniques like Colum Chromatography, HPTLC, Gas Chromatography is desirable. Mosquito rearing and maintenance and knowledge about insect bioassays will be an added advantage
