The Cochin University of Science and Technology invites applications from qualified hands for appointment to various posts under Technical Cadre in Kunjali Marakkar School of Marine Engineering of the University. The appointment will be on contract basis for a period of one year with/without break during May-June vacation periods, as the case may be.

1.Name of the post : Technical Assistant Grade II (Marine Overhauling Shop)

Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Deep Sea Driver Certificate with minimum 3 years experience in Marine Engine Overhauling
Consolidated Pay per month : `20,000/-

2.Name of the post : System Analyst (Computer Lab)

Qualifications: Bachelor in Computer Applications with minimum 1 year experience
Consolidated Pay per month : `20,000/-

3.Name of the post : Technician Grade II (Ship-in Campus)

Qualifications: ITI Certificate in Diesel Mechanic with minimum 1 year experience in Marine Diesel Engine Maintenance
Consolidated Pay per month : `16,000/-

Fee : Registration fee @ `500/- (for General/OBC category) and `100/- (for SC/ST category) by way of Demand Draft in favour of the Registrar, Cochin University of Science and Technology payable at SBT, Cochin University Science and Technology Branch or by direct remittance at the Cash Counter of Cochin University Science and Technology.
