Admission Notice B. A. (Hons) in Sanskrit 2012

The Course :
5-year Integrated M A course in Sanskrit (3 years B A Hons + 2 years M A)

Eligibility :
Male candidates who have secured minimum 60% marks in aggregate at both the Secondary (10th Std) and Higher Secondary (HS - 10+2) or equivalent exam. Students without Sanskrit at HS may also apply. Admission test in Sanskrit will not be conducted for them.

Scholarship & Hostel :
i)The University provides hostel facilities with board and lodge in the base minimal charges.
ii)Meritorious and needy students will be given partial or full financial assistance.

Admission Test and Interview :
Date : 20th June 2012 from 10 am
Place : University central building (Medhabhavan) at Belur Math
Note : Higher Secondary Admit Card must be brought for the admission test.

Subjects for Admission Test :
1. Sanskrit (based on syllabus up to12th Standard),
2. English Grammar and Composition,
3. General Knowledge and Aptitude

How to Apply :
1. Application forms may be downloaded from the Website. Xerox copies may be made of these.
2. Filled in application forms may be sent by hand, post or courier.
