How to Apply :
Applicants can fill and submit the application from 17-12 -2012 to 30-01-2013

Filling up of Application Form :
1) You should not leave any column in the Application Form blank and all fields are mandatory. Otherwise the system will not permit you to upload the application.

2) Based on the details you furnish, the system will inform you whether you are eligible to apply or not.

3) It may be noted that the fee payable for GM, Cat- 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B candidates, is Rs. 250/- and for SC, ST and Cat-01 candidates it is Rs.150/- including bank service charges.

4) After you fill in all the details and if you are eligible to apply, only then you will be allowed to print the challan.

5) New User should pass through the 2 stages for submitting the application.

Note :
i) When the Applicant views both kannada and english version in the application format, application labels will be displayed in Kannada, but the details of the application have to be filled in English Language only.

ii) The Candidate can use the “REPRINT APPLICATION” in the main menu option to take any number of copies of the Registered Application.

iii) The Applicant may fill in their application and generate the challan on or before 31.01.2013.

iv) The applicant must remit the fees at the designated bank on or before 31.01.2013 during banking hours and can complete the process of registration by entering his application no., date of birth, journal no. and date of payment on or before 31.01.2013 AT 8.00 PM

What are the documents required for filling application?
I have to attach my experience certificate now only or i can submit during interview time.

Documents to be kept ready before filling up Application Form. You are advised to ensure that the following documents are with you before you start filling up the application form
** Date of Birth Certificate - Fill up your DOB as shown in the SSLC or Equivalent Examination Certificate.
** Category Certificate – Applicant claiming, SC/ST/01/2A/2B/3A/3B reservationand also those claiming horizontal reservation viz., Rural, Kannada Medium, Project Displaced Person & Ex-Servicemen should possess category certificates. Please ensure that the Certificates are in order, current, not expired and well with in the last date as prescribed in the notification (30.01.2013) and duly signed by the Competent Authority.
** In case of Ex-Service Men apart from eligible qualification certificate, they should also have Discharge Certificate / No Objection Certificate. Please keep your Date of Joining and Date of Discharge from the Army/Navy/Air Force, ready so that you may fill up the details against the relevant columns in the Application Form without making mistake.
** In case of Children of Ex-servicemen claiming reservation under permanent disability or death of ex-servicemen persons while in service, they should obtain dependant certificate from the competent authority of defence and also letter from Sainik Board and ensure the certificate issued is in order for claiming such reservation.
** You should possess a soft copy of your passport size photo & signature separately in jpeg/gif format. The size should not exceed 100kb each. Please note that if the type of file is not in jpeg/gif format, the system will reject the same and you may not be able to ‘complete’ the process of filling up of the remaining details of the application form.
** You should possess a soft copy of your each certificates (kannada Medium, PDP, Rural & Exservicemen , Category certificates), separately in jpeg/gif format. The size should not exceed 2500kb each.
