i) M.Ch ( Paediatric Surgery) /DNB (Paediatric Surgery).
ii) Two years teaching experience in Paediatric Surgery as a Resident/Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor in Medical College or teaching Medical Institute recognized by MCI.

8 & 20 Neuro Surgery :
i) M.Ch (Neuro Surgery) /DNB (Neuro Surgery).
ii) Two years teaching experience in Neuro Surgery as a Resident/Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor in Medical College or teaching Medical Institute recognized by MCI.

9 & 23 Urology :
i) M.Ch (Urology) /DNB (Urology).
ii) Two years teaching experience in Urology as a Resident/Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor in Medical College or teaching Medical Institute recognized by MCI.

12& 28 Neurology :
i) DM (Neurology) /DNB (Neurology).

13 & 26 Nephrology :
i) DM (Nephrology) /DNB (Nephrology).
ii) Two years teaching experience in Nephrology as a Resident/Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor in Medical College or teaching Medical Institute recognized by MCI.

17 & 21 Cardio Vascular & Thoracic Surgery :

24 Plastic & Recontructive Surgery :
i) M.Ch (Plastic & Recontructive Surgery) M.Ch (Plastic Surgery)/DNB (Plastic & Recontructive Surgery). DNB (Plastic Surgery).
ii) Two years teaching experience in Plastic & Recontructive Surgery/Plastic Surgery as a Resident/Registrar/ Demonstrator/Tutor in Medical College or teaching Medical Institute recognized by MCI.

Pay scale : 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.5400
Age as on 1st January, 2012 :
Minimum : 18 years
Maximum : 37 years
Fee : Rs. 400/- General category, Rs.200/- Reserved category

How to Apply :
i) Application Forms can be obtained from the office of the J&K Public Service Commission, Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu/ Polo Ground Srinagar on cash payment of Rs. 50/- (excluding processing charges of Rs. 10/-) from the counters opened by the J&K Bank in Jammu & Srinagar offices of the Commission.
ii) The Application Forms complete in all respects must reach the
Secretary
J&K Public Service Commission,
Resham Ghar Colony,
Bakshi Nagar,
Jammu/ Polo Ground Srinagar
on or before the last date i.e 10.10.2012 in an envelope provided by the Commission alongwith application form.

Attested true copies of following certificates are to be attached with the photo copy of the Application Form.
a. Date of Birth Certificate.
b. Permanent Resident Certificate.
c. Educational Qualification Certificate prescribed for the post.
d. Marks Certificate of prescribed qualification.
e. Certificate of Higher/Additional Qualification, if any.
f. Registration certificate of Higher/Additional Qualification, if any.
g. Registration of MBBS Degree.
h. Registration certificate from MCI in case of Degrees obtained from abroad.
i. Attempt certificate.
j. Internship certificate.
k. Result Notification of MD/MS/DNB.
l. Valid Category Certificate as per SRO 294 dated 21.10.2005 as amended from time to time and
read with other relevant SROs.
m. For Physically Handicapped Candidates, Disability Certificate on the prescribed format.

1. Certificate of having passed ‘C’ Certificate Examination of NCC
2. Certificate of having represented a University, State, or Region in any regional or national sports/games certified/ authenticated by the Secretary J&K Sports Council.
3. Experience Certificate from the Head(s) of Organization(s)/Departments(s) with duration of Experience/ Employment i.e. (date /month/year).
