Kharagpur Workshop, S.E.Railway invites applications from talented and accomplished sports persons to recruit 02 (two) Sports persons (Cricket/Men) against Sports Quota through Open Advertisement for the year 2011-12 as Helper-II in Pay Band Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay. Rs. 1800/- plus other allowances which areapplicable as per the recommendation of VIth Pay Commission

Minimum Educational Qualification : Passed Matriculation (10Th) or ITI or equivalent from recognized School/Board.

Age limit :- The candidate should not be less than 18 years and does not exceed 25 years of age as on 01.07.2012.

Mode of submission of Application Form :- Application with the following documents shall be submitted in a closed envelope with clearly written in block letter at the top of envelope which should be superscribed “Application for recruitment on sports quota 2011-12” to the

by ordinary post or be dropped in a sealed box kept in WORKSHOP PERSONNEL OFFICE/ Kharagpur Workshop on or before 17-00 Hrs. of 10.03.2012. Application sent by Registered post or Currier service will not be entertained.

Attested copies of certificates regarding educational qualification, Date of Birth, Achievements in the field of Sports and Cast Certificate issued by the competent authority in prescribed format in case of SC/ST/OBC candidate.

A non refundable Demand Draft / Postal Order of Rs. 40/- (Rupees Forty only) in favour of “S.E.RAILWAY SPORTS ASSOCIATION, KHARAGPUR WORKSHOP” payable at Kharagpur to be enclosed with application form, towards processing fee (including postal charges) for UR/OBC candidates and SC/ST ,Minorities & Economically backward class candidates are exempted from payment of postal charges.

The last date of receiving application is 10.03.2012 at 17-00 Hrs. and no application will be entertained after the said date under any circumstances. Railway Administration shall not be in any way responsible for application received late due to postal delay.
