GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Appearance for this examination will not confer any claim unless various other conditions for selection are satisfied as per Rules of NRHM.

2. Candidates should occupy their seats in the examination hall with the Admit Card at least 30 minutes before the commencement of examination for verification of identity. Candidates reaching the examination hall 15 minutes after commencement of the examination (after 10.45 am) will not be admitted to the examination hall.

3. Candidates should affix their photograph (taken within six months) in the space provided on the admit card and get it attested by a Gazetted Officer

4. Candidates will not be admitted for the examination without producing any one of the following Original Identity Proof along with the duly completed Admit Card : Voters Identity Card, Passport, PAN Card, Driving License, AADHAAR card issued by the Central Government.

5. Candidates without Admit Card and ID Proof will not be admitted to the Examination hall

6. This test consists of 100 Multiple Choice Questions covering Subject Knowledge and Test of Reasoning. Each question carries one mark and there will be no negative marks. A separate OMR answer sheet will be given to mark the answers.

7. Each question is provided with four answer choices (a), (b), (c) and (d). You may mark your choice by darkening the bubble corresponding to the question number using Blue or Black Ball-Point Pen in the OMR Answer Sheet. No other colour pen or pencil should be used.

8. Read the instructions on the OMR sheet. Do not tamper with the barcode in the OMR answer sheet. Signature should be put in the space provided in the OMR sheet in the presence of the invigilator.

9. Use of calculators, mobile phone, books or any other paper/material will not be permitted in the examination hall.

10. Candidates will not be permitted to leave the examination hall before completion of the examination.

11. Candidates should return the OMR answer sheet, question booklet and the admit card to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall.

12. Any suspected malpractice or attempt to commit any kind of indiscipline in the examination hall will result in disqualification of the candidate.
