Instructions: The joining of above mentioned candidates shall be strictly subject to fulfillment of all requisite criteria as per rules and their being found medically fit by the Medical Officer of the Company and producing the following documents in original (which will be returned after verification) and submitting two sets of self-attested photocopies:-
i. Certificate in proof of date of birth.
ii. Certificate regarding educational qualifications.
iii. If one belongs to SC/ST/OBC/PH category, a certificate in proof of one’s belongingness to SC/ST/OBC(Non creamy layer)/PH category issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format.
iv. If one is registered with the local Employment Exchange, the Employment Exchange Registration Card.
v. In case of Local Displaced Person, Certificate issued by the DPLR to the effect that one is a bonafide displaced person and proof of one’s having vacated the homestead land.
vi. Two recent passport size colour photographs.
vii. PAN card & a Local Bank Saving A/c no.. (Compulsory)
viii. Attestation Forms being sent with Offer Letter in triplicate duly filled in and attested.
ix. Release Certificate from the present employer, if one is employed.

The above candidates are advised to report to AGM (Personnel/Rectt) at the Mini Auditorium/VizagHall, Human Resource Development Deptt., Bokaro Steel Plant, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand,827001 on the date mentioned against each latest by 09:30 AM. Medical Examination by the Medical Officer of the Company will be done on subsequent date of one’s reporting.

The candidates are advised to report in empty stomach for medical examination on scheduled date at 8.00 am at Bokaro General Hospital, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand. ‘Offer of Appointment’ along with other requisite forms has already been dispatched through ‘Speed Post’ to the above-mentioned selected candidates at the address declared by them.

In case of non-receipt of ‘Offer of Appointment’ letter before the scheduled date of reporting, the selected candidates are advised to report at the given venue on scheduled date with proper identification proof. The joining of medically fit candidates may take place just after the completion of the medical examination process. The candidates are requested to come prepared accordingly.
