Railway Recruitment Board, Bhubaneswar conducted Final (2 stage) Written Exam held on 22.01.2012 for the following posts :
Junior Accounts Assistant-cum-Typist (JAA)
Senior Clerk-cum-Typist

Based on performance of the candidates in above mentioned written examination, following 371 candidates whose last 7 digits of Roll Nos. given below in ascending order horizontally are provisionally short-listed for calling them in Typing Skill Test scheduled on 08.07.2012 (Sunday), at 9.30AM at Kamala Nehru Women’s College, Unit-I, Bhubaneswar, subject to the correctness of information furnished in their application form. The first 7 digits of roll nos. common to these candidates is 1610205 .

All the above mentioned candidates provisionally short-listed for Typing Skill Test are also being advised by Speed Post to report to the venue of Typing Skill Test at Bhubaneswar as per the date & time mentioned above.They are advised to come along with (a)The call-letter in original for Typing Skill Test (b)Their own Hindi/English typewriter machine (key punching type) without which he/she will not be permitted to appear in the test. Typewriter machine will NOT be provided by RRB under any circumstances.

Therefore, arranging of Hindi/English typewriter in time for the Test will be the sole responsibility of candidates called. If typewriter machine brought by the candidate develops any snag or fails during the test, no extra time or alternative arrangement, whatsoever, shall be made by RRB. It shall be the sole responsibility of the candidate. This Typing Skill Test is of qualifying nature and candidates acquired minimum typing speed in the test will be further considered in the final merit list. The required qualifying speed for typing is 25 words per minute in Hindi or 30 words per minute in English.

The candidates are required to attempt either in ENGLISH or HINDI. The duration of test will be TEN (10) minutes. If a Candidate does not qualify in above mentioned typing speed, then he/she will be considered unsuccessful in Typing Skill Test and he/she will not be considered further whatever be the marks obtained by him/her in the Final Written Test.Candidates may please note that more number of candidates than the actual vacancies have been short-listed for Typing Skill Test primarily to avoid shortfall in the panel and merely calling a candidate for the Typing Skill Test does not in any way entitle him/her to an appointment in the Railways.

The candidature of all the above mentioned candidates are purely provisional subject to fulfilling their eligibility criteria in all respects and having graduation certificate.The short listed candidates, those who do not get call-letter for Typing Skill Test, may come to the office of RRB, Bhubaneswar at D-79/80, Rail Vihar, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar one day prior to the test, i.e. on 07.07.2012 (Saturday) at 10.00 hrs with necessary documentary proof of his/her candidature for issue of duplicate call-letter.
