This has reference to your application for the post of Trainee Marine Engineer. We are pleased to inform you that you are short listed basis your performance in the All India competitive written examinations conducted on 22nd July 2012.You are now requested to appear for personal Interviews to be held at our Head Office in Mumbai on the date and time as mentioned above. You are requested to produce following documents (Originals and Two sets photocopies (Xerox) ,attested by Gazetted Officer) at the time of interview.
1. 10 PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS
2. DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE AS PER SSC CERTIFICATE
3. DEGREE OR PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE UNIVERSITY.
4. MARK SHEETS OF ALL SEMISTERS.
5. MARK SHEET OF XTH OR 10+2 LEVEL SHOWING AT LEAST 50% MARKS IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
6. CASTE CERTIFICATE & CASTE VALIDITY CERTIFICATE FOR RESERVED CATAGORIES – OBC/SC/ST(as per format available on our website only)
7. FOR OBC CANDIDATES – CASTE CERTIFICATE SHOULD INDICATE THAT THE CANDIDATE DOES NOT BELONG TO THE CREAMY LAYER & CERTIFICATE ISSUED LATEST.
