    I was looking for a job as a software engineer and I posted my resume on baajaa.com. I immediately started getting calls from IT companies and within 10 days I got recruited by Amdocs Pune.

    Omkar, I do not know if you are advertising your site here.

    But if what u say is true, best of luck.;-)

    Remember, you get paid for your qualification and hard work.
    The site you appply through does not make even the slightest difference.

    Not to say that the site is bad. Its quite good.

    But if getting a backlink from here for your site was your intention, let me remind you. All links are in this site are "NO FOLLOW". :-P
