Subject: Result of 1st stage screening of candidates for empanelment as Casual Labour in Lok Sabha Secretariat.

On the basis of performance in 1st stage screening of candidates for empanelment of Casual Labour in Lok Sabha Secretariat held from 25.10.2012 to 08.11.2012, the candidates having the following Roll Nos. have been declared successful for appearing in the Final Stage Interview for which call letters are being issued separately.

2. The cut-off marks in the 1st stage screening of candidates are as follows:
(i) UR vacancies: 20 marks
(ii) OBC vacancies: 18 marks
(iii) SC vacancies: 20 marks.
(iv) ST vacancies: 18 marks
(v) PH vacancies 18 marks in all categories above

3. The candidates should bring all relevant original certificates along with photocopies of the following certificates duly attested by a First Class Magistrate or Gazetted Officer at the time of Final Stage Interview:
(i) Matriculation or equivalent examination certificate as proof of date of birth
(ii) 10th or examination for higher educational qualification last passed [before the last date for submission of applications for empanelment as Casual Labour in response to Advertisement No. 3/2012]
(iii) Category/Caste Certificate (PH, SC, ST and OBC certificates, wherever applicable, in prescribed format)

4. The candidates having Roll Nos. 15068, 16300, 21366, 26726, and 30949 have been found ineligible for the said post. The marks secured by the remaining candidates are being uploaded on our website http://www.loksabha.nic.in under the link ‘Recruitment’.

5. The attention of candidates is drawn to the following declaration made by them in their applications to the above said post:
“I declare that I fulfil the eligibility conditions as per the advertisement and that all the statements made in this application are true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that in the event of any information being found false or incorrect at any stage or not satisfying the eligibility conditions according to the requirements mentioned in the advertisement, my candidature/empanelment is liable to be cancelled/terminated.”
