M.Sc. Bioinformatics (M-103) Two-year Degree Program

Name of the Course : M.Sc Bioinformatics

M.Sc Bioinformatics will be a two years course giving full theoretical and hands on training in the emerging frontier area of Bioinformatics. Bioinformatics and Structural biology group at IAR is a sub-DIC center of the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt. of India and has state of art facilities like cluster system, high end graphics and workstation, protein isolation and expression facility, structural biology set up etc.

Eligibility criteria :
Qualification : B. Sc. /B.Tech/ Any other equivalent degree
Subjects : Life Sciences, Agriculture Science, 55% Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Computer science or related subject
Min. Marks :55%

Fee :
Processing fee of Rs. 500/- payable in cash / DD, in favour of “The Registrar, University of IAR”, payable at Gandhinagar, Gujarat".
