As per the merit of combined examination held on 20.12.2009 and consequent upon qualifying the Skill Test conducted on 05.11.2011 & 06.11.2011 as well as after determining eligibility of the candidates for the post as per the provisions of statutory Recruitment Rules and terms & conditions as contained in the advertisement, the following candidates are hereby provisionally selected and recommended for appointment to the post of Data Entry Operators under post code 89/07 in the pay scale of Rs. 4000-100-6000(Pre-revised) and post code 106/07 in the pay scale of Rs. 4500-125-7000 (Pre-revised) as under;

The selection of the above mentioned candidates (UR-08, OBC-05, SC-03) for the post code 89/07 and (UR-02 , OBC-01) for the post code 106/07 shall further be subject to fulfillment of all the eligibility conditions as prescribed by the statutory RRs and terms & conditions of advertisement as indicated in the advertisement inviting applications and also subject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to their photograph, signature/handwriting, thumb impression, etc. on the application forms, admission certificate etc. The candidature of the candidates is liable to be cancelled by the user department also, in case the candidates are found not to be fulfilling the eligibility conditions or due to any other genuine reasons. The competent authority of the user department shall arrange to verify the correctness of information/documents as furnished in the application forms after verification of the same from the original documents. Mere inclusion of name in the result notice does not confer any right upon the candidate over the post.
