SUB:- ESTABLISHMENT, HIGH COURT, MADRAS – Filling up of vacancies in the post of Law Clerk to the Hon’ble Judges, on adhoc basis, for a period of one year – Intimation of Interview – Reg.

REF: High Court’s Notification No.98/2012 in Roc.No.46/2012- Con.Estt.I., Dated 21.06.2012.

The following candidates are hereby required to be present on 17.08.2012 (Friday) at 10.30 a.m. for verification of certificates followed by an Interview before the Hon’ble Committee at 02.15 p.m. for the post of Law Clerk to the Hon’ble Judges.

They are required to be present in the Meeting Hall, Library Annexe Building, High Court, Madras, at 10.30 a.m., along with the testimonials in proof of their eligibility to the said post viz., Educational Certificates viz., X, XII, UG, PG(if any) including semester-wise mark sheets for Law Degree, Consolidated Mark Sheet, Enrollment Certificate, if any, in original & also attested copies of the said Certificates, without fail, for verification [Only after satisfying all the requirements as per notification cited, they will be permitted to appear in the interview].

They must also submit a Recent Colour Passport Size Photograph. They are required to submit their practicing details at the time of interview, if they are practicing as an advocate.

Selected candidates will be attached to the Hon’ble Judges of the High Court, Madras or Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court, Madurai on adhoc basis for a period of one year.

No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for attending the Interview.
