Note 1 : Candidate should keep this Admit Card safely. He/She will have to deposit it at the time of Admission.
Note 2 : Bring two additional passport size photograph along with Rs.50/- for issuing of this duplicate admit card.

Instructions To Candidates
1.The candidate should go through the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the information Brochure before Appearing in the Examination-2012. In case it is found that he/she does not fulfill the eligibility criteria etc., his/her candidature/admission shall automatically stand cancelled at any stage during or after admission process.

2.The candidate should reach the Examination Center and occupy his/her seat at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination.

3.The candidate should bring the admit card to the Examination Center and carry a blue/black ball point pen for indicating answers on the OMR sheet.

4.Calculator and Mobile phones are strictly prohibited and Candidates are advised not to bring them to the Examination Center under any circumstances. Any candidate found processing them shall be treated as using unfair means and liable to be debarred from the examination.

5.The candidate should go through the instructions mentioned on the examination–booklet and the OMR sheet and observe them strictly.

6.The candidate should ensure that all entries on the examination–booklet and the OMR sheet are filled up correctly.
