"Global rules" for the forum

General Rules:

We do not have many rules. So following them is simple.

Language:
Official language of the board is English.

Spam:
Spam will not be tolerated.
Spammers will be dealt with severely.
"All" member posts will be moderated before appearing in the forum.
So, spammers don't try to be smart.

Links are not allowed in posts until the post count is 10.
Signature (either text, images or links) is not allowed.
If you need to have them here, convince me by posting something of value to the forum. (I can already see the back of the spammers. :-P )

However, for the users who are genuinely interested to participate in the discussions, are welcome and will be allowed to post without moderation.
We will decide on this as we get along.

Posting:
Do not post duplicate or multiple messages.
Post in the appropriate forums.
No discussion regarding cracks, warez.
No flaming.
In case of disputes, moderator/administrators word is final.
No posting of porn in any form viz. images, text and links.
No posting of copy righted material.
Sex soliciting in any form will not be tolerated.
Respect others. Disrespect - especially to mods and admin will not be tolerated.

It's okay to promote your own things, but wait until you have contributed something useful (posts-wise and content-wise) to the forum.
You are allowed to use site link in your signature after you make some contribution to the forum.
Give and take. Simple.

Misc:
Remember, we are not a job-agency.
We limit ourselves to providing free platform for the recruiters and candidates to meet and discuss their needs. You have the responsibility to to confirm the veracity of any job postings made here. We cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent activities/cheating in any form that might accrue as a result of interaction in this forum.

Links posted in this forum (inside posts or in signatures) have a "Rel=NoFollow" tag.

Wanna be Spammers ( if you are reading this ) note that your link will have no value as a backlink, except may be a random click.
I sincerely advise you that it is a waste of time to try spamming here.
I have got too many hurdles implemented here that you will be frustrated.

You can still give a try, but I am on the prowl !!!

For the genuine job-seekers and casual surfers:
I assure you that this place is spam-free and intend to keep it that way.
