All the applicants who have applied for the Post of Chartered Accountant (On contract) against advertisement No. CGM (HR)Estt/4682 dated 4.12.2012 are hereby informed that the schedule for the written test and interview shall be as under :-

The list of the applicants found eligible to appear in the written test is attached herewith, indicating their respective Registration No.

The result of the written exam shall be declared by 6.00 PM on 16.02.2013 and only those applicants, who will be shortlisted for interview shall be required to stay for interview on 17.02.2013. Rest of the applicants can leave for their places by evening of 16.2.2013 itself.

All the candidates are requested to download the attached Admission Card and bring it duly filled for admission in written test, failing which they will not be allowed to appear in the test.

Instructions :-
1. Bring this admit card for verification at the time of examination.
2. Candidates are required to occupy their seats by 9.45 A.M.
3. Candidate will not be allowed to leave the Examination Hall before 11.45 AM.
4. Mobile phones or any other Electronic Gadgets are strictly prohibited in the Examination hall.
5. Use Blue ball point pen for answering the questions.
