RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF OFFICE ASSISTANTS

Please refer to our advertisement dated 23.11.2011 for which candidates had appeared in the written examination held on 4 March, 2012 for the above post and successful candidates were interviewed in the month of April, 2012 and based on the marks obtained in these processes, we are pleased to advise that 119 candidates have been shortlisted for appointment in the Bank for the post of Office Assistants (Details are given below).

Shortlisted Candidates shall be intimated shortly by the Bank to report at Bank’s Head Office for verification of their testimonials, medical examination by the Bank’s approved doctor etc. Candidates when called will be required to bring following certificates along with attested photocopies signed by Gazetted Officer.
1. Age proof
2. Caste certificate
3. Qualification certificates
4. Domicile certificate issued by Sub-divisional Officer/Deputy Commissioner for employment purpose
5. ID Proof etc. 6. Two recent passport size photographs
7. Details of two referees’ along with their contact numbers, who should not be relatives of the candidates
8. Character certificate issued by the last School/College attended
9. Copy of on-line application
10. Copy of the Challan

In case candidates are employed they should bring proper discharge certificate/relieving letter etc. from their present employer if found medically fit by the Bank’s approved Doctor.

Upon verification of relevant certificates if found correct and also found fit by the Bank’s approved Doctor, shortlisted candidates will be issued appointment letter.
