Whereas, vide this office Notification No. 03-PSC of 2012 Dated: 24.02.2012, 24 posts of Court Manager for Judiciary in the Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs were notified; and

Whereas, the interview of shortlisted candidates was conducted from 24th July, 2012 to 26th July, 2012 at J&K Public Service Commission Office, Polo Ground, Srinagar; and

Now, therefore, on the basis of performance in the interview coupled with the weight-age in respect of academic merit and other related parameters the General Merit List of Candidates who had appeared in the interview is enclosed as “Annexure-A” to this Notice.

Consequent upon the above, the Select List of the candidates in order of merit against the posts available is given in “Annexure-B” to this Notice.

Note :- The Commission reserves the right to have certificate/documents of any candidate verified, if it is at any stage found expedient to do so. The Select List is Provisional.

This is subject to the outcome of writ petitions pending before any Competent Court of Law.
