The call lettes indicating time and venue of examination centre for the written examination to the eligible candidates for the above mentioned categories have been sent/are being sent at the address given in the application form. The rejection advice is also being sent to inellgible candidates. Railway Recruitment Board will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery.

Those eligible candiates who do not get call letters or who have been issued call letter with wrong names, communitiy. Category no., photograph and free travel authority(SC/ST) may contact personally the office of Railway Recruitment Board Bhopal as per schedule given above from 10-00 to 17-00 hrs. for getting correct/duplicate call letters. Candidates should bring along with them adequate proof of havinbg submitted application i.e. copy of DD/IPO and two passport size photographs, age proof and caste certificate.

Status of application along with other details can be seen on the website www.rrbbhopal.gov.in of Railway Recuitment Board, Bhopal. It should be noted that duplicate call letters will be issued only to those candidates whose names exist in master list of eligible candidates.
