Procedure to Download Admit Card :

General Instructions :
** Candidate must enter the examination hall 30 minutes before the start of the examination.
** No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 30 minutes from the start of the examination.
** Candidate must carry the admit card only (Ball point pen will be supplied from The West Bengal University of Health Sciences).
** Candidate without admit card or candidate with admit card having mutilated/distorted/soiled photograph will not be allowed to sit for examination.
** No electronic gadgets like cell phone, scientific calculator and/or any other calculator, scanner pen etc. will be allowed in the examination hall. If any electronic gadget including cell phone is found in possession of any candidate during examination (even if it is switched off), the same will be confiscated and action as may be necessary will be taken against such candidate.
** Candidate will have to keep cell phone or any other electronic gadget etc. outside the examination centre at their own risk. University will not take any responsibility for damage or loss of any personal belongings including gadgets mentioned above.
** Candidate must follow instruction carefully for answering through OMR sheet.
** Candidate will fill in the "question booklet number" and "roll number" with digits and blackening particular digits at left hand side of the OMR
** Candidate will note that the 'Question Booklet Series' be recorded in the right hand side of the OMR sheet.
** Candidate will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before all the question booklets and OMR sheets are collected and tallied.
** Adopting unfairmeans in any form is a very serious offence carrying severe punishment. Candidate will not carry any written or printed material in any form to the examination hall.
** Responsibility to hand over OMR Sheet & Question Booklet to the invigilator lies with the Candidate.
** University observers and other representatives are empowered to check any candidate in the examination hall or outside the examination hall to counter malpractices.

NB – THE CANDIDATE APPEARING AT THE TEST IS ALLOWED ON THE BASIS HIS/HER SELF-DECLARATION. HIS/HER CANDIDATURE IS LIABLE TO BE CANCELLED AT ANY STAGE DURING THE PROCESS OF SELECTION IF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY HIM/HER IS INCORRECT.
