Applications in the prescribed format are invited for Teaching Faculty in ESI Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (ESI - PGIMSR) in ESIC Hospital K.K. Nagar, Chennai for appointment on contract basis. The number of vacancies and other details are as given below;

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION ESSENTIAL :
i. A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. Holder of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in section 13(3) of the Act.
ii. A Post Graduate Qualification e.g MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto into respective subject/discipline.

MODE OF SELECTION : The selection will be made on the basis of Performance of the candidate in interview before the selection Board which will be held at DEAN’S Chamber, ESI-PGIMSR, ESICH, K.K. Nagar, Chennai , Tamil Nadu - 600 078.

ii) On the prescribed day of walk –in – interview the eligible and willing candidates should report to the authorized representative of the ESIC in the office of

along with the application form duly filled in as per format appended below and enclosing necessary self attested copies of all the certificates at 9.00 am sharp on 12.10.2012.
iii) Candidates should also bring the original certificates including proof of date of birth for verification at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
iv) Candidates should bring their
latest caste certificate (attested copy and original) issued by the component authority in the format prescribed by DOPT Govt. of India.
