ADMISSION NOTIFICATION FOR M. Phil.(EDUCATION)

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the M. Phil. Programme in Education for the Academic year 2013 - 2014.

Eligibility: Passed M. Ed. Programme with 55% marks; Admission in M.Phil will be on the basis of fulfilling the following eligibility and conditions;
a) Through Entrance Test & Interview. Written Test will be of 75 marks and interview will be of 25 marks
b) Admission will be given on the basis of merit in the Entrance Test.
c) Candidates who have qualified JRF/NET/SLET in concerned subject are exempted from Written Test. However they are to attend the interview compulsorily. In lieu of the entrance test 60 percent marks shall be awarded to such candidates who have qualified NET/SLET and 70 percent marks to those who have qualified JRF. However, if they wish to score more marks they can appear for the Written Test.
d) Last date for submission of application form for all M. Phil. Programmes is 4thJune, 2013
e) For admission in programmes mentioned below, the candidate should have studied Urdu, either as a subject or as a medium of instruction at any level of studies.

Fee : Demand Draft of Rs.300/- drawn from any Nationalized Bank in favour of “Maulana Azad National Urdu University” payable at Hyderabad.

How to Apply :
i) The Prospectus-cum-application forms can be downloaded from University Website from 21st May, 2013.

ii) The Filled-in Application Form may be forwarded to the
Department of Education and Training,
Maulana Azad National Urdu University,
Gachibowli,
Hyderabad – 500 032
along with a Demand Draft.
