RECRUITMENT OF 25 PROBATIONARY OFFICERS – LIST OF 175 CANDIDATES SHORTLISTED FOR INTERVIEW TO BE CONDUCTED FROM 12/03/12 TO 19/03/12

We are glad to inform that we have shortlisted 175 candidates for recruitment of 25 probationary officers for 21 branches, in accordance with para (8) of the terms and conditions of appointment as per our web advertisement dt.17/02/12. The list of 175 candidates shortlisted for interview and the details of the venue/date/ time to report for the interview are given in the annexure, now. Please note that no individual communication will be sent to the applicants calling for attending the interview, as per terms already published.

The candidates are requested to note the following :-
1) Should report at the venue 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
2) Shall bring two passport size photos, all the original certificates/documents of your academic qualifications/work experience, voter’s ID card, passport (if available) and for verification and return.
3) One photocopy of certificates of your academic qualifications (reported in your application) and appointment letters (if, any) from the previous assignments (need not be attested ones) shall be handed over to us at the interview centre, for our records.
4) As per para 10 (i) of the advertisement, candidates serving in Government / Public sector undertakings should submit “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of interview. However, at the discretion of our Company, candidates may be allowed to attend interview upon their request / submitting a suitable declaration / undertaking letter that he / she will submit the same while reporting to the Branch, if selected.
5) If eligible for reimbursement of bus/train fare as per 10a of our web advertisement, then original onward journey ticket and xerox copy of the return journey ticket shall be submitted.

Programme for appointment for candidates upon their selection :
1) List of 25 selected candidates will be published on or before 21/03/12 in our Web.
2) Appointment orders for these selected candidates will be sent on or before 22/03/12 from our end, by way of e-mail followed by hard copies through courier.
3) In respect of new/proposed Seven branches viz., (2) Tarnaka,(4) Gachi Bowli, (6) Salem, (7) P N Palayam, (9) Hulimavu, (18) Dehradun & (19) Meerut, the selected candidates will be absorbed one week prior to opening of branches which will be communicated to them in advance. We expect these 7 branches to be opened most probably, before 31/05/12.
4) In respect of remaining 14 branches, the selected candidate should be in a position to join the Branch (for which he/she is appointed) from 02/04/12 onwards. If the candidate is not in a position to join the Branch on 02/04/12, due to genuine reasons like non-relief from previous organisation, then upon his/her request, time for reporting / joining the Branch will be extended up to 15 days in deserving cases at the Company’s discretion. If the selected candidates are not reporting/joining the Branch before the scheduled date their appointment order stands automatically cancelled within 7 days from the due date.
5) If the selected candidates are already employed and undertake to submit NOC at the time of interview, then, the selected candidates must submit NOC from employer at the time of reporting the Branch.
