List of Candidates selected for Interview who have appeared for the Written Test for Recruitment of Administrative Officer (Scale – I) – 2012

Appended below is the list of candidates who have been shortlisted for interview, following the written test held at various centers.

Individual call letters will be despatched to all the candidates for appearing in the interview, likely to be held in the month of August/September 2012.

It may be noted that on a specific request made by The New India Assurance Company Limited, another Public Sector General Insurance Company having its Head Office at Mumbai, we are undertaking recruitment of Officers with cadre of AO (Scale I) on behalf of New India also for few specified disciplines (Finance, Actuarial, Legal & Generalist).

Service conditions and pay structure being identical with both the organizations, any candidate who does not wish to be considered for selection in ‘New India’ may submit a declaration at the time of Interview. Candidates who wish to be considered for selection in either ‘National’ or ‘New India’ will also have to submit declaration at the time of Interview. For such candidates upon final selection he/she may be offered employment either in National Insurance Company Ltd. or

The New India Assurance Company Ltd and in any of the offices located anywhere in India. The choice of companies does not vest with the candidate under any circumstances. Company’s decision in this regard shall be final. Both types of declaration format will be made available to the candidates at the Interview venue. The candidates are advised to satisfy themselves before they appear for the interview that they fulfill the requirements as to age, qualification, caste etc. and if found ineligible their candidature will be cancelled at any stage of recruitment.

Candidates are advised to produce the following in original together with attested copies at the time of Interview:
1. Date of Birth Certificate
2. All the marksheets and certificates of upto graduation & postgraduation level
3. Current & Valid Caste Certificate in appropriate prescribed format issued by appropriate authorities {for Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Other Backward Classes candidates (OBC)}
4. Disability Certificates for Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates issued by appropriate authorities
5. Photo ID proof
6. Experience Certificate, if any

Candidates are also informed that in case any candidate fails to produce the required documents as mentioned above or does not fulfill the required criteria, no travelling expense (2nd Class Rail Fare) will be reimbursed to such candidates for attending the interview. Appearing in the interview will not automatically confer any right of being selected for the said post.

Candidates may note that all the records available at our end pertaining to written examination shall not be preserved beyond 90 days from the date of publication of short-listed candidates for Interview.

I have passed the written exam of AO . But I have done mistake to write my name. My name is reshabh but in admit card it is rishabh . What Should I do?
