Select list for the post of Accounts Assistant vide Advt. no. 3/2012

** Advt. No.3/2012 for filling in the post of ‘Accounts Assistant’ was published and the written test of the candidates was held on 20.05.2012 at 13 different centre’s.

** Taking into consideration performance in the written test, the select list for the post of Accounts Assistant has been prepared. The select list of the candidates in order of merit is as indicated below.

** Those reserved category candidates who are selected on merit have been treated as Open category candidate in the select list.

** The select list will not confer any right on the candidates for appointment. The selection of the candidates is purely on contract basis for a period of 3 years subject to confirmation of the pre-requisites and other conditions as notified in the advertisement.

** The selected candidates will have to serve anywhere in the territorial jurisdiction of Company. The allocation of the selected candidates will be made available shortly.

** The candidates who are already employees of the Company, their selection is provisional subject to verification of disciplinary action and vigilance investigation if any and other service record.

** The company will organize a 3 days Orientation Program in a phased manner tentatively in the 3rd week of July and August, 2012.

** The detailed program of the Orientation seminar will be displayed on the website of the company and those candidates who are being deployed for Orientation seminar will be informed by email and no hard-copy/ letter will be sent to the candidates.

** Those candidates who do not possess the pre-requisites and certificates in support of it, they will not be allowed to attend the Orientation Program.

** Those reserved category candidates (SC/ST/ VJ (A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC) who are having caste validity certificate should bring it at the time of Orientation program along your application form. In case they are not having Caste Validity Certificate, they should bring the certificates enlisted below for submission to Caste Validity Committee; else they will not be allowed to attend the Orientation Seminar.

** Similarly, all reserved category candidates except SC and ST [i.e., VJ (A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC] should bring latest non-creamy layer certificate at the time of Orientation Program.

** While every care has been taken in preparing the results, MSEDCL reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical mistake.

** MSEDCL regrets inability to entertain any correspondence from unsuccessful candidates.
