Recruitment under Cultural Quota

Applications are invited for the 02 [two] Group 'C' posts in PB- (1) Rs 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1900/2000 against Cultural Quota for Headquarter, East Central Railway, Hajipur in the following discipline.

Educational Qualification
[i] Matriculation and its equivalent
[ii] Possession of degree/diploma/certificate in concerned disciplined from Government recognized Institute.
Desirable
[a] Experience in the field and performance given on AIR/Doordarshan etc.
[b] Prizes won at National Level.

Age : 18 to 30 years [age will be reckoned on 01.01.2012]

Examination fees :
The examination fees for recruitment against Scouts/Guides will be Rs. 40/- (Rupees Forty) only. Date of issue of IPO/Bank Draft should not be before the date of issue of this Employment Notice.
(i) All Women Candidates, SC & ST, Ex-Servicemen, Persons with 40% or above Disabilities/Minority (Muslims,Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Zorastrians {Parsis}) are fully exempted from examination fees.
(ii) Economically backward class candidates, whose family income is less than Rs. 50,000 per annum are also fully exempted from examination fees. (They have to produce income certificate on letter head in the prescribed format as shown in annexure- ‘A’ )

How & whom to apply :
The given format should be neatly typed or hand written either in Hindi or English with 01 (one) Passport size photographs to be pasted [duly signed] with the application form and 02 (two) passport size photographs duly signed at back side should be clipped along the application form. so as to reach on or before 31.10.2011 by ordinary post or to be dropped in the application box provided for the purpose in above office up to 18.00 Hrs. on or before 31.10.2011. No receipt at the counter will be given.

All the candidates should indicate clearly “Application against Cultural Quota”, Employment Notice No. ECR/HRD/Rectt/Cultural Quota/1/2011-12 & Community on the top of the envelope.

Enclosures : The following enclosures should be firmly attached with the application.
(a) Postal Order / Bank Draft of Rs. 40/- (Rs. Forty) only pledged in favour of ‘FA&CAO, East Central Railway, Hajipur’.
(b) Necessary proof for claming fees exemptions.
(c) Xerox Copy of certificates attested by Gazetted Officer/Self Attested in support of age, educational qualification and participation certificate in Cultural for their eligibility as mentioned above.
(d) Xerox Copy of Caste Certificate attested by Gazetted Officer/Self Attested in case of SC / ST candidates, For OBC candidates, current creamy layer certificate (for Central Government Service) issued by the competent authority should be enclosed.
(e) Three similar recent passport size photograph duly signed. One photograph is to be pasted on the application and two photographs are to be attached with the application.
