Requirement of Senior Officers for Property Development and Marketing Departments of DMRC

Applications are invited from dynamic, experienced and highly motivated personnel having experience of handling Marketing and Property Development works of a large Govt/PSU organizations. The appointment shall be on deputation/direct recruitment / immediate absorption basis as per details mentioned below.

Eligibility/ Educational qualification : A First Class Graduate in any discipline with passion and proven track record in marketing in challenging and innovative environment.
An MBA degree from a reputed business school will be a distinct advantage. The responsibility of the candidate will be to impart marketing thrust to business operations of DMRC and to continually devise and implement strategies for maximizing all the conventional and nonconventional operating and non operating revenue streams of the company.

Pay scale : Rs.51300- 73000 (IDA)

Name of the Post : Chief Property Development Manager in the rank of General Manager

Eligibility/ Educational qualification : A First Class Graduate/Post graduate in civil engineering or alternatively a Masters Degree with MBA from a reputed business school will be highly desirable. An experience in similar work of having undertaken large scale property development and/or managing a large portfolio of developed property will be a highly desirable attribute. The responsibility profile of the candidate will be managing the extensive property development program of DMRC in Phase III and managing the propertyalready developed so as to maximize the revenues innovatively from property development
