Compressor Rotor Blade Analysis
Description : Check the heat generated during the operations of the compressor blades in the engines of Aircrafts. The failure levels of the blades is analysed with special software called ANSIS.
Role : Scan the blade using Ultra-violet rays and record it in the system using ANSIS and compare it with the default readings of fault free blades and calculate the degree of failure levels of the compressors. A report is made to show a fatigue analysis of the Rotors in the blade using the values generated during the scanning.
Izod Impact Tester
Description : The impact tester which usually uses a pendulum and is manually lifted to break a work piece is now replaced with gears which helps the engineer break the work piece automatically. Gears are used to lift the pendulum and circuits are used for timing purposes and level of force which has to be provided to do the job.
Role : Designed a project to achieve advancement in technology. A circuit is designed to automatically lift the pendulum and break the work piece. Gears are used to help lift the pendulum which in turn provides with a huge force to accomplish the specified task.
