Filling up of 9 posts of Staff Car Driver, Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial by Transfer (amongst Despatch Rider (Class III) and Class IV employees of the BPR&D)/ deputation/transfer basis in the Central Central Detective Training Schools, Ghaziabad and Ahmedabad/Goa under BPR&D cadre.

1. Name of the post : Staff Car Driver

2. Scale of pay : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20,200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.1900/-

3. Ministry/Department : Bureau of Police Research & Development, /Ministry of Home Affairs

4. Eligibility : By Transfer amongst Despatch Rider (Class III and Class IV) employees of the BPR&D On the results of a test designed to adjudge suitability for the post with reference to standards of competence considered essential in a Motor Car Driver from amongst Despatch Rider (Class III and Class IV) employees of the BPR&D possessing qualifications as mentioned below:-
Essential
(i) Should have a valid driving licence for heavy duty vehicles or light duty vehicles, with 5 years experience.
(ii) Should possess knowledge of Motor Mechanics.
Desirable
At least middle class standards.
By Deputation /Transfer
Persons holding similar or analogous posts under the Central or State Government.

The maximum age limit for appointment by transfer on deputation shall be not exceed 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of application.
