Job Description
- Mapping of the territory for all business communities.
- Developing and maintaining relations with the clients and provide them with end to end solutions.
- Work in a start-up kind of environment where initiative, ideas and quick execution are essential. Plan and meet budgeted sales targets within fixed deadlines.
- Identifying customers, give presentation and close the deals independently
- Lead the team from the front, challenge ideas, paradigms to identify and exploit new business opportunities
- Plan Activity Calendar for each month at the beginning of the Quarter and then tracking the progress on a daily basis
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and recognition on performance.
- Conduct and attend daily and weekly meetings and debriefings.
- Plan & implement promotions campaigns for the corporate and track daily sales and service activities.
- Ensure adherence of Basic Banking Processes including RBI Banking regulations such as the KYC policy, etc.
