[*]Expertise in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Leadership and Industrial Relations.[*]To contribute to Management Programmes, Research and Consultancy activities of the College.[*]Ability to develop new training programmes, and business initiatives with public sector and private corporations.[*]Salary negotiable and supplemented by performance related incentives.[*]Appointments for a period of 3/5 years and are renewable.[/LIST]
