RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF CONSTABLE (COOK, WASHERMAN, BARBER, WATER CARRIER, SAFAI KARAMCHARI)
The recruitment of male Indian citizen at All India level to fill up the following
vacancies of above Group-‘C’ Non-Gazetted posts in ITB Police Force on temporary basis likely to be permanent will be held at the designated recruitment centres as per the schedule given in succeeding paras. The Post has All India liability and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. On appointment the candidate shall be governed by the ITBPF Act and Rules.
2. PAY SCALE AND OTHER ALLOWANCES: -
a) Pay Scale – PB-I, Rs. 5200 – 20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2,000/- per month.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:
1 Age:-
2 Educational qualification
a) 10th Class pass from recognized Board.
b) 8th class from a recognized Institution- For S.T. Category candidates
belonging to Mizoram State, Tirap and Changlang Districts of Arunachal
Pradesh.
3 Physical Standards (For candidates belonging to any State/UT/Category)
Height - 157 Cms,
Chest - 76 Cms (Un-expanded) with minimum
expansion of 5 cms
Weight - Proportionate to age and height as per
medical standards.
4 Medical Standard:
a) Minimum Distant Vision should be as under:-
Right Eye - 6/12
Left Eye - 6/36
Written Examination and Trade Tests:
i) Candidates who qualify the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be put
through written examination and respective Trade Test as under:-
Written Examination - 25 Marks
Trade Test - 60 Marks
Interview: The candidates who qualify the written examination and Trade Test
will be put through an Interview (15 Marks) to check personal bearing, response,
aptitude, general level of intelligence, etc
Medical Examination: The candidates selected in order of merit in respective
category will be put through detailed medical examination to assess their fitness as per
the normal medical standards fixed for Constables in ITBPF.

APPLICATION FEE :- The candidates belonging to General and OBC category will be required to pay an amount of Rs. 50/- ( Rs. Fifty only) as application fee in form of IPO/DD ( non refundable).

DOCUMENTS/CERTIFICATES REQUIRED TO BE BROUGHT AT THE TIME
OF RECRUITMENT TEST:-
The eligible and willing candidates should report at the designated recruitment centre on given date and time with duly filled application form (Annexure-I) and original certificates alongwith attested copies of following :-
(1) Educational Certificates.
(2) Date of Birth certificate (Matriculation or 10th/8th Class certificate or certificate
issued by National Open School as proof of date of birth )
(3) IPO/Bank Draft of Rs. 50/- (for General and OBC Candidates only)
(4) Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/OBC Certificate (as prescribed in Annexure-
