Technician Gr. II/ Technician Gr. III Vacancies in Railway Recruitment Board (RRB).

Applications are invited by Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) for above said Recruitment Vacancies in 2010 in different Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) and Zonal Railways and other Railway organisation. Application should be sent directly to the respective RRBs / Zonal Offices.
Last date to apply: 21/06/2010

Date of Closing & Time: CEN No. 09/2010: 21.06.2010 upto 17.30 hrs. (05.30 PM).
Candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spii District and Pangi sub division of Chamba Dist. of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman Nicobar and Lakshadweep Islands and for candidates residing abroad: 06.07.2010 upto 17.30 hrs. (05.30 p.m.)

1) Technician Signal Grade II : 41 vacancies

Qualification : B.Sc in Physics or be passed in 10+2 with Maths and Physics and a casual ESM for 2 years in S&T department of Indian Railways.
Pay scale : Rs.5200 – 20200 with a grade pay of Rs.2400.
Age : 18 to 30 years as on 1 July 2010. Relaxation in age is applicable for SC,ST,OBC as per government rules.

2) Technician Signal Grade III : 99 vacancies

Qualification : Matriculation plus an ITI/Apprenticeship in certain trades or have a 10+2 with Maths and physics or have a three year diploma in certain engineering subjects approved by AICTE (See the link given below for complete details).

Pay Scale : Rs.5200 – 20200 with a grade pay of Rs.1900.

Age : between 18 and 30 years as on 1 July 2010.

3) Telecommunication Maintainer (Grade III) : 62 vacancies

4) Other vacancies in Technician (Grade III) : 326 vacancies

Application Fee :
Rs.60/- for Technician Gr. II
Rs.40/- for Technciain Gr. III in the form of IPO / DD in favour of Assistant Secretary/ Membet Secretary/ Chairman of concerned RRB where candidate wants to apply.

How to Apply :
Last date to receipt of application form : 21/06/2010 to the Assistant Secretary/ Member Secretary of the concerned RRB where candidate want to apply. Candidates can also apply online at respective RRB websites.
