Qualifications :

* 5-7 years of Experience in web design - ASP, XML, CMS, HTML, Javascript, Jquery and CSS
* Analytical approach to problem solving
* Good aptitude, communication, written and presentation skills
* Ability to write detailed designs
* Working knowledge in Flex and Java J2EE - Desired
* Working knowledge in IBM Web Content Management tool - desired
