1. Company Secretary :
Qualification : Graduates with ACS; LLB / CAIIB will be added qualification.
Experience :
Candidate for this position should have a minimum of 10 years experience in the corporate secretarial work in a Banking Institution. Candidates should be well versed with SEBI regulations / NSE and BSE regulations and be very well grounded in company law etc & familiar with raising capital through IPO’s, Rights, QIP and such other avenues.

2. Head – NRI Business :
Qualification : Post Graduates or Graduates with CAIIB / MBA,
Age : Not exceeding 45 years
Experience :
Should have 15 to 20 years of Branch Banking experience of which 3 to 5 years experience as Regional / Divisional Head in Scale IV and above with distinguished track record of sourcing and securing NRI Business. CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE OF HEADING THIS SPECIALIZED VERTICALS FOR 3 TO 5 YEARS PREFERRED.
The right candidate will be absorbed in a suitable scale.

3. IR Manager : Graduates / Post graduates.
Qualification : CAIIB shall be added qualification.,
Age : Not exceeding 50 years
Experience :
Candidate should be familiar with Industrial & Labour laws, Bipartite settlements and Officers’ Service & Disciplinary regulations. 3 to 5 years hands on experience in handling the entire process of Disciplinary Proceedings.

4. Branch Head : For Heading Medium, Large, Very Large and Exceptionally Large Branches,
Qualification : Graduates / Postgraduates from any recognized University, CAIIB with proficiency in computer. ,
Age : Not exceeding 45 years.
EXPERIENCE :
10 to 15 years experience in Banking with a minimum of 3 years experience as Branch Manager of appropriate size of the Branch to which the application is made.

5. Head - Card Business :
Qualification : Post graduates or Graduates with CAIIB / MBA,
Age : Not Exceeding 40/45 Years
EXPERIENCE :
Conversant in processes, Operational excellence, Liaisoning with partners, Marketing of cards (Credit card or Debit card), Driving sales to generate profits. With a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in these areas of operation.
The right candidate will be absorbed in a suitable scale

6. Head - Retail Deposits :
Qualification : Post Graduates or Graduates with CAIIB / MBA,
Age : Not exceeding 45 years
Experience :
Should have 15 to 20 years of Branch Banking experience of which 3 to 5 years experience as Regional / Divisional Head in Scale IV and above with distinguished track record of sourcing and securing Retail Business. CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE OF HEADING THIS SPECIALIZED VERTICALS FOR 3 TO 5 YEARS PREFERRED.
