Selection Process : The selection will be through interview of shortlisted candidates.

Qualification :
1st class BE / B.Tech (Civil) (2nd class for SC/ST/OBC). Candidates having higher qualification and experience in Design, Geo technical Engg. Or/and Survey will be preferred.
1st class Post Graduate Degree in Geology / Applied Geology (Doctorate Degree in the relevant discipline shall be desirable) (2nd class for SC/ST/OBC). Experience in Tunnel would be preferable.

Pay scale :
Graduates with 2 years experience would be entitled to a monthly package of Rs.26250/-
whereas it will be Rs.31850/- for 5 years and Rs.42350 for 10 & Rs.67375/- for 20 years
experience plus Medical & Accidental Insurance for self.
Diploma with 3 years experience would be entitled to a monthly package of Rs.19075/-.

limit state probability of a structure is integrated with the seismic risk of the site. Material
uncertainty of the dam properties and the stochastic earthquake motion are considered to
determine the seismic reliability of the dam. A performance criterion is developed based on the
deterministic and probabilistic analysis of the structure.
· B.E. Thesis Title : A case study was done on the implementation of One-Way traffic
management measure near Raj Bhavan in Chennai. The traffic volume, speed of the vehicles
and the pedestrians count were evaluated prior and after the implementation of the measure.
Geometrics of the road was analysed as per IRC code. Questionnaire survey was conducted.
