How to start BPO/CALL CENTER in USA?
I'm IT engineer from NEWYORK (USA). I want to start my own BPO/CALL CENTER here in NEWYORK. I don't have any Prior experience of BPO/CC. So I have to start from scratch. Anyone having prior experience or any sort of knowledge is welcome to share it.
It'll be much better if anyone is able to tell about the whole process i.e. Funding, Budget, Employee's, Project's, Contract's, Payment's, ROI or any other content.

I am Daman from India. I can help you regarding this and would also suggest if you can get into outsourcing business where you can outsource business to India if non-voice/medical transcription etc or inbound voice. Well Outbound telemarketing is a failure as far as India goes. I am working for a domestic bpo in India and take care of Business Development and Operations Pan India basis.
I am ambitious my friend and holding B1 Visa for the U.S. but never visited. Look forward to hear from you soon.
