Applications are invited for the following posts in the prescribed form alongwith non-refundable, A/C Payee Demand Draft Payable at State Bank of India, Sabour Branch (Code no. 11805) for Rs. 450.00 (Rupees Four Hundred Fifty) only for General/BC/EBC/RCF candidates and Rs. 150.00 (Rupees One Hundred Fifty) only for SC/ST candidates of Bihar drawn in favour of the Comptroller, Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour (Bhagalpur).

1. Name of the post : Comptroller

Pay Scale : Rs. 37,400-67,000 + GP 10,000
Qualification:
(i) B.Com. or equivalent degree.
(ii) Experience as a Chartered Accountant or Cost & Works Accounts or should have passed Subordinate Accounts/Audit Service Examination of any State/Central Government or an equivalent/higher examination.
(iii) Minimum 10 years of Experience as Deputy Comptroller/Assistant Comptroller in teaching and Research Institution of repute or equivalent experience in Government/Quasi Government organisation.

2. Name of the post : Deputy Comptroller

Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 + GP 6600
Qualification:
(i) Bachelor degree from a recognized University.
(ii) Minimum five years of Experience as Assistant Comptroller or equivalent in Teaching/Research Institution of repute or equivalent experience of Administration/Accounts/Audit/ Establishment work in not below the scale of PB-2, GP 4800 in Government/Semi Government organisation or in Public Sector Undertakings.
(iii) Desirable: Experience as a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accounts or should have passed Subordinate Accounts/Audit Service Examination of Any State/Central Government or an equivalent/higher examination.

3. Name of the post : Deputy Director Administration

Qualification:
(i) Bachelor degree from a recognized University.
(ii) Minimum five years of experience as Assistant Director or equivalent in Teaching/Research Institution of repute or equivalent experience of Administration/Accounts/
(ii) Audit/Establishment work in not below the scale of PB-2, GP 4800 in Government/Semi Government organisation or in Public Sector Undertakings.

4. Name of the post : Deputy Registrar

Qualification:
(i) Master’s Degree in any discipline with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale from a recognized University.
(ii) Minimum five years of experience as Assistant Professor/ Assistant Registrar in Teaching/Research Institution of repute in academic administration or equivalent experience of Administration/Accounts/Audit/Establishment work in not below the scale of PB-2, GP 4800 in Government/Semi Government organisation or in Public Sector Undertakings.

5. Name of the post : Section Officer
No. of post : (Four Posts -02 UR, 01 EBC, 01 SC)
Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 + G.P. Rs. 4800/-
Qualification:
(i) Bachelor degree from a recognized University;
(ii) Five years experience as Assistant or equivalent post in the scale of PB-2, 9300-34800 + GP 4200 in Administration/Accounts/Audit/Establishment work in Government/Semi Government organisation or in Public Sector Undertakings.
