Applications are invited for recruitment for the post in Grade Pay Rs.1800/- Pay Band Rs. 5200-20200 against Scout & Guide Quota for 2 posts for the year 2014-15 on Prescribed Performa on BKN Division.

Age :- 18 to 33 years as on 01.08.2014

Minimum Educational Qualification : 10th Pass or ITI Pass or equivalent..

Essential Qualification for recruitment against Scout & Guide quota : The following qualifications are essential for recruitment of Scouts & Guides for the post of Grade Pay Rs. 1800/- :-
(i) A President’s Scout/Guide/Rangers/Rover OR Himalayan Wood Badge Holder OR
A Pre-HWB trained Scout Leader/Advanced trained Guide/Leader/Captain.
(ii) Should have been an active member of a Scouts Organization for at least 3 years in the recent past and continued to be active.(Attach certificate in Annexure –I )
(iii) Should have attended at least one event at National level and/one or two events at State Level OR
Should have a good record of participation in Scouts/Guides activities at Unit/District level. (Attach separate certificate issued by concerned District Commissioner)
(iv) Should fulfill necessary conditions regarding age qualifications etc. for the post of Grade Pay Rs. 1800/- as per the extant rules.
(v) Written declaration will be furnished by the candidate that he/she will serve the Scout & Guide movement in the event of his/her selection. .(Attach certificate in Annexure –II )
Note :- Any kind of provisional certificate should not be entertained/ recognized.

Examination Fees :-For General & OBC Candidate only Rs. 40/- by Indian Postal Order or Bank Draft/Demand Draft only in the favour of Sr.Divisional Finance Manager/NWR/Bikaner Payable at Bikaner.

Procedure of Recruitment :
A. Written examination – In this contest the written examination will consist of 50 objective type questions relating to Scout and Guide ( Syllabus prescribe against item no. 05 below).
B. Interview.
C. Passing in prescribed medical examination.
