Note :
I. The following documents have to be submitted by the candidates on or 10.07.2014;
1 Acceptance form (as per the format)
2. Demand draft drawn in favor of “The Registrar, IIITD&M, Kancheepuram” payable at Chennai towards the fee for Jul-Nov 2014 Semester.
You can submit the above in person or by SPEED POST (should reach us on or before 10.07.2014) and inform the Institute through Email the details of speed post (Speed Post Number, Demand Draft No, Date and amount) Email ID: admissions@iiitdm.ac.in.
In case if the acceptance is not received on or before 10th July 2014, the allotment of seat will automatically get cancelled and waiting list will be operated.

II. Documents to be submitted on 30th July 2014:
I. All original certificates for verification and one attested copy of each of the following documents need to be submitted on 30th July 2014.
1. Mark lists of All Semesters
2. B. Tech/B.E Degree Certificate
3. GATE / CEED Score Card
4. 10th Standard Mark list
5. 12th Standard Mark list
6. Valid Community certificate (as per the format given by Govt. of India, Latest OBC certificate)
7. In case of OBC candidates, the non-creamy layer certificate for the period of Advertisement to be produced at the time of joining.
8. Medical History Certificate along with investigation reports duly signed by the Authorized Medical Officer, after completing Master Health Check Up.
9. Two Pass Port size colour Photographs

Note:
RESULTS OF THE SECOND ROUND WILL BE RELEASED ON 14 JULY 2014
Single Hostel accommodation for the needed candidates will be provided from 25th July 2014
