Because of the limited duration of project, the preference will only be given to applicants who are well versed in handling yeast cells and acquainted with lipid extraction, lipid analysis and techniques such as TLC, GC, GCMS and ESI-MS/MS for lipidomics. Knowledge of statistical programs required to analyze large lipidomic datasets is an additional plus. Additionally experience in lipidomics as evident from publication (s) in peer reviewed journal is necessary.
