Brochure containing Details of Postgraduate Counseling 2013 (Medical &Dental) :
Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences is conducting Second and De-categorized Round of counseling from 26/07/2013 to 29/07/2013 for In-service and Entrance quota (Non In-service) candidates for selection of seats in Government colleges and Government seats in Private colleges (for the unfilled and surrendered seats after the First Round of Counseling and transferred seats from All India Quota) for admission to PG Medical & Dental Degree and Diploma courses for the academic year 2013-14.

Eligibility:
All the candidates who have qualified in the PG Entrance Test held on 03/03/2013 for both General candidates and In-service candidates are eligible to attend the Counseling as per the merit list announced.

The candidates should attend the counseling in person with all original documents for selection of seat and no authorized representatives will be entertained under any circumstances.

Venue : Dhanavantri Hall, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, 4th ‘T’ Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore – 560041.

Certificates to be submitted:
The candidates should submit the following original certificates at the time of Counseling for verification.
1. PGET Original Admission Ticket
2. SSLC or equivalent certificate for proof of date of birth
3. MBBS / BDS Marks Cards of all years
4. Internship Completion Certificate from the Principal
5. Attempt Certificate issued by the concerned college principal
6. Degree Certificate issued by the university
7. Council Registration Certificate
8. Caste, Category & Income Certificate issued by the Tahasildhar
9. School Leaving Certificate/TC or Cumulative Record (The candidates who have claimed reservations)
10. Domicile Certificate, where ever applicable
11. Passport size recent photos – 2 Nos with proof of Name & Date (Same photo which was pasted on the PGET-2013 application form)

Seat Matrix & Fee Structure :
The Seat Matrix & Fee Structure for 2013-14 will be announced on the RGUHS website on receipt of the same from the Government.

Procedure of conduct of Counseling :
The entire Counseling process has been computerized right from the registration of candidates to issue of allotment letter.
Registration:
The candidates should register their names at the entrance of the Counseling hall by producing the PGET - 2013 Hall Ticket and move to the allotted verification counter for submission of original certificates. Note: Only the candidate is allowed to enter the counselling hall.

Verification of original certificates:
The candidates should produce Acknowledgement Form along with all the original certificates for verification by University officials. The original certificates will be kept in the University till the approval of admission by RGUHS. Therefore, the candidates are advised to keep sufficient Xerox copies of their certificates before submitting them to the University.

Selection of Seats:
After submission of original certificates, the candidates will be allowed for selection of seats in the order merit only. The candidates will be called for selection of seats according to their rank only, once the candidate’s rank number is called the candidate should be present in the counseling hall, failing which the next rank candidate will be called for seat selection. Under circumstances the higher rank candidate will not be allowed for the seat selection once their chance is over.

Issue of Allotment Letters:
The candidates who have selected seats should produce two recent passport size photos and get the allotment letters by affixing their signature. The candidates should get admitted to the allotted colleges on the spot, failing which the allotted seat will automatically stands cancelled.
