Shortlisted candidates may download their Call Letter for Interview along with Interview particulars Form, from SAIL website : sail.co.in from 07th August 2013 onwards till the completion of the Interview.

Please bring with you the following documents :
** A copy of downloaded Call Letter for Interview along-with a photo identity card.
** Filled in Interview Particulars Form enclosed herewith with one photograph affixed.
** Original Certificates and Testimonials in support of your Date of birth, Qualifications and Experience as mentioned in your application alongwith one set of self-attested photocopies.
** No Objection certificate (NOC) from your present employer in case you are employed in Govt. / PSU.
** Four (04) recent passport size colour photographs.
** In case you belong to SC/ST/OBC community, please bring Caste Certificate in the prescribed format issued by competent authority. OBC certificate issued in the current financial year and certifying does not belong to creamy layer shall only be valid.
** For Physically Handicapped candidates, valid certificate from competent Govt. Authority mentioning extent & nature of disability.
** If you are a displaced person whose lands have been acquired by Bokaro Steel Plant, you shall have to bring with you documents in support of your claim.

Failure to submit any of the aforementioned documents will make you ineligible for the interview.

The above mentioned Interview schedule must be strictly adhered to.

Before appearing for the interview you must ensure that you fulfill the eligibility criteria as stipulated in the advertisement. You must also take note of the fact that mere issuance of call letter and appearing for the interview does not in itself confer any right for employment. If any discrepancy with regard to eligibility is detected at any stage of the recruitment process or thereafter, your candidature is liable to be cancelled.

Please note that SC/ST candidates on being interviewed shall be paid actual to and fro 2nd Class railway fare by the shortest route, from correspondence address to Ranchi. On claim for travel by road from correspondence address to Ranchi, if not connected by rail, will be reimbursed actual or the rail fare by the 2nd Class for the road distance involved, whichever is less. The reimbursement will be made only on submission of proof of travel along with claim.
