MBBS Counseling Sessions Notice-2013
Subject to fulfillment of all eligibility conditions as laid down in the Prospectus 2013-14, candidates with the under mentioned NEET-2013 All India Rank provisionally short listed for Counseling as per the schedule given below in Table form :

Note:
In this category HIMSR can admit to the maximum of 41 candidates. The admission would therefore be strictly on the basis of NEET Rank merit and presence of candidate on the prescribed date and time of admission given in the Table against each NEET Rank. Those candidates who do not present themselves on the prescribed date and time would loose their candidature for admission 2013-14. Upon completion of selection of 41 candidates in this category, further counseling will not be held. All those who present themselves and hold rank and percentile prescribed in the list shall automitacally be treated as waitlisted candidates against any vacancy that may arise before the closing of admission 2013. Candidates are advised to visit Jamia Hamdard Website regularly to be informed if further Couseling sessions have to be conducted.

These candidates shall have to report to the Dean, Faculty of HIMSR strictly as per above schedule alongwith the following documents in original as well as photocopies for verification etc :
** High School/Matric (10th ) Certificate
** 10+2 (Intermediate/Sr. Secondary) /or equivalent examination Marksheet
** 10+2 (Intermediate/ Sr. Secondary) /or equivalent examination Certificate
** Date of Birth Certificate (as mentioned in Matriculation Certificate)
** NEET-2013 Admit Card
** NEET-2013 Score Card
** Jamia Hamdard Roll No. Card
** Character Certificate from the institution last attended
** School Leaving/Migration Certificate
** Gap/Intervening period Certificate, if any and valid reason thereof.
** Locomotory Disability Certificate (if applicable) issued by the competent authority as per the MCI norms subject to verification by University Medical Board
** Six Passport size recent colour photograph (Two photographs attested)
** Demand Draft of required amount of Annual Fee of the course as mentioned in the Prospectus-2013-14 (available at www.jamiahamdard.edu) in favour of Jamia Hamdard payable at New Delhi.

Please note that the candidates with Locomotory Disability of Lower Limb will be admitted only on production of original Locomotory Disability Certificate, issued by the competent authority as per the MCI norms subject to verification by University Medical Board.

Note:
** University takes every possible care in preparation of selection lists. However, if any error is committed inadvertently in the selection list displayed, then it will be treated as null and void.
** No TA/DA is admissible for counseling
