This is with reference to Advertisement No.PGI/RC/009/2013 dated 26.10.2013 with subsequent corrigendum dated 06.11.2013, corrigendum-II and addendum dated 10.12.2013 and notice dated 27.03.2014 for the post of Lower Division Clerks and Stenographers. The written examination for the same was held on 30.06.2014. The candidates bearing roll numbers as shown in the list of short-listed candidates have been declared successful.

All the short-listed candidates are, therefore, required to apply afresh in the given application form (attached) to be downloaded from PGI website and to send all certificates duly attested by the Gazetted Officer alongwith application form in order to check their eligibility for the posts of Lower Division Clerks and Stenographers. The candidates who are working in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body etc. must submit “No Objection Certificate” from their present employer. The applications complete in all respects accompanied with all the certificates/testimonials must reach in the office of

through speed post/registered post on or before 21.07.2014 (5.00 PM). Applications received after this date i.e. 21.07.2014 will not be entertained and candidature of such applicants will be treated as cancelled. In case the last date of receipt of application is declared holiday, the last date for receipt of the application will be considered as next working day. The candidates are, therefore, advised to apply as soon as possible so that their applications reach in the Recruitment Cell, PGIMER, Chandigarh well before the last date. The Institute would not be responsible for postal delay or delay due to any other reason. On receipt of applications of the above short-listed candidates, the scrutiny of their applications will be done by the Scrutiny Committee of the Institute. The scrutiny/eligibility will be based as per the guidelines/detailed information notified in the advertisement and the documents submitted by the candidates. The candidates found eligible after scrutiny would be called for next stage of selection process. The candidates are advised to visit PGI’s website pgimer.edu.in frequently to check their eligibility and date of next stage of selection process. The date of next stage of selection process will be displayed on the PGI’s website itself and call letters can be downloaded from the PGI’s website itself. No separate call letter to the individual candidates will be sent
